Hypertension Treatment Air - Hazardous Fragrance
Hypertension Treatment Air starts with maintaining indoor air quality as a part of my Primary Hypertension Treatment.
The indoor air we breathe should not be taken for granted - because it can be more hazardous to our health than the outdoor air.
Unknown Risk In The Indoor Air
The US Environmental Protection Agency, the American Lung Association, the World Health Organization and some other public
health and environmental organizations have considered indoor air pollutions to be a great risk to human health.
Friend And Foe Of
Hypertension Treatment Air
There are many indoor air contaminants that have acute health effects - such as hypersensitivity diseases and cardiovascular effects - which in turn can effect hypertension treatment, are contaminants such as:
- Acetic Acid -
- Carbon Dioxide -
- Volatile Organic Compounds -
- Synthetic Fibers -
- Tobacco Smoke -
- Micro-organisms and Other Contaminants.
Personal Indoor Pollutants Fight
- Use a vacuum cleaner that has a strong suction - with an HEPA filter.
- Use a large door mat - it will reduce the amount of pollutants from getting into the home that your shoes pickup outside.
Can't Dust It Away
- Use microfiber mops and dust cloths - they pickup more dust than the traditional fibers and don't require any cleaning solutions whatsoever.
- Don't use or allow smoking in your home - cigarette smoke contains more than 400 chemicals.
- Don't use plug-in air freshener - one study found it to emit 20 different volatile organic compounds, including seven regulated as toxic or hazardous under U.S. federal law.
Can't Wash it Away
- Don't use laundry products with artificial fragrances - look for naturally-scented products.
Can't Spray It Away
- Don't use aerosol sprays - deodorants, hair spray, carpet cleaners, furniture polish, and air fresheners - most fragrances have adverse health effects.
The sweet-smelling enemy we breathe could effect our Hypertension Air Treatment.
