Hypertension Treatment Exercise - Moving Your Joints
Hypertension Treatment Exercise is necessary even with or without having Hypertension - my Joints seem to tighten up every 24 hours without some demanding joint activity. As an Intermediate Elderly person experiencing Primary Hypertension, I discovered exercise was a necessary activity as part of my Treatment.
Exercise - Simplified
My exercise program was based on the same principle as my Diet - Simplicity - "Moving The Joints" (MTJ)
I realized that my body contained all the Exercise Equipment I needed to satisfy my exercise requirement for this part of my Hypertension Treatment Exercise. My complete exercise program is to use and do what comes Naturally:
- Walking - I have a Pedometer that records the distance I walk each day - when I started my program,
I tried to average about 1 mile per day 4 to 5 times a week - now that I no longer have Hypertension "Symptom" - I average about 1/4 mile per day 4 to 5 times a week.
- Stretching - I do a leg stretch routine before I get out of bed every morning.
- Joint Movement - I do a Hip Joint Movement routine before I get out bed every morning -
When I get out of bed, I do other Joint Movements:
- More Hip joint -
- Knee joint -
- Ankle joint -
- Shoulder joint -
- Wrist joint -
- Finger joint -
and - Toe joint.
This exercise program brought some very good results in my Hypertension Treatment.
Now that I no longer have the Hypertension Symptom - I have reduced my Walking to 1/4 of a mile - 4 to 5 times per week - but my stretching and Joint Movement have remained the same.
Exercise not only help in Hypertension Treatment, but a help to better health overall - I think most who advocate better health would agree.
