Hypertension Treatment Menu - To Health
If I AM WHAT I EAT - then I need the Hypertension
Treatment Menu - because I don't like WHAT I AM - and I
want to change WHAT I AM - therefore, I have to change WHAT I EAT
Changing what I eat, means changing my Menu - which is Plain and Simple - I chose to use Menu rather than Diet -
because there are more than 250 Diets out there and I don't want my Menu to get lost in the mix.
Exactly, what is the Problem that many of us seems to have a need for a Special Diet, Medical or Professional help related to Food Consumption?
Keeping It Plain And Simple
I think one problem is the Influence of Civilization - as we permit ourselves to follow the Advancement and Sophistication of the Society or Culture in which we live -
I believe we lose sight of the Simplicity in the Selection, Preparation and Consumption of our Food -
Another problem is the uncontrolled Double-Duty Human Tongue -
Talk - about Good Health not Bad Health
Taste - eat for Good Health not Bad Health
Our Mind and Free Will play a major part in what we say and what we eat - it's up to each of us.
My Personal Breakfast Menu
Cook Rice In A Rice Cooker:
- Pour 2 cups of filtered water into Cooker
- Pour in 1/2 cup of organic Long Grain Brown Rice
- Pour in 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Add 1 tablespoon of chopped red onion
- Cook rice for 25 minutes
- Pour cooked rice into bowl
- Put 2 small sardines and 1 large medjool date in a
small food chopper and chop until the two are mixed then sprinkle over rice
- Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of each of the following spices
and herbs over the rice - (the spices and herbs smell good):
- Celtic sea salt
- Alfalfa powder
- Basil leaf flakes
- Cayenne pepper
- Cinnamon powder
- Clove powder
- Garlic powder
- Rosemary powder
- One tablespoon flax seed powdered
- MIX AND STIR.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar over rice.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil over rice.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of lecithin granules over the rice.
- THAT'S IT.
Daily Hypertension Treatment Menu
Make A Protein Drink In A Blender:
- Blend 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds into powder.
- Blend 3 tablespoons of sunflower seeds into powder.
- Add 2 tablespoons of fermented soy essence powder.
- Add 2 tablespoons of lecithin granules.
- Add 1 banana or pear.
- Add 1 1/2 cup of Fiji bottled water.
- Blend for about 1 minute.
- THAT'S IT.
